| Should you be in the market to buy a house, you might be concerned with the condition of the home you intend to make an offer on. Even though you will be provided with an extensive written report it is always a good idea to take a few hours and attend the inspection. A little advice regarding your Agreement of Sale. It is time sensitive! You and your Realtor will need the inspection report in order to make an informed decision for your "Reply to Inspection" that gets passed along to the seller. So bring your checkbook along and pay for the report right away.
